Apollo Oliver Kasper, Co-Chairman, Pawtographs
Apollo has been the co-chairman of Pawtographs since its inception in 2007. Apollo is a member of the National Humane Education Society, the National Resource Defense Council, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and the ASPCA). A former rescue, Apollo was sent to a shelter in Northern Pennsylvania in August of 2003, adopted and then returned to the shelter. He was then transferred to the PSPCA where he made his first television appearance on NBC10 in Philadelphia. With a natural ability to build rapport, he also brings strong public relations skills to the Pawtographs foundation. Apollo was rescued by Gail Kasper and Michael Vettraino in October of 2003.

Winslow J. Kasper, Co-Chairman, Pawtographs
Winslow has been the co-chairman of Pawtographs since its inception in 2007. Winslow is a member of the National Humane Education Society, the National Resource Defense Council, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and the ASPCA). Initially in a puppy mill, Winslow was over 30 pounds underweight with hip dysplasia when he was sent to foster care. Having been through multiple foster homes until he was eight months old, he is all too familiar with the challenges of shelter life. After being adopted by Gail and Mike in March of 2004, he has turned his life around completely. A once distant personality is now full of love. Though still challenged by hip dysplasia, he is able to use his hind legs and he currently runs the neighborhood watch program, promoting safety throughout the neighborhood.

The current host of the Philadelphia Visitors Channel, she has also made numerous appearances on network affiliates that include ABC, FOX, CW11, Comcast, and CBS, where she co-hosted the Emmy award-winning America's TVJobNetwork..

A strong supporter of our Troops, Gail has given nearly $100,000 in speaking engagements, coaching, appearances, and product donations to our Troops and their families. To date, over 17,000 posters have been personally signed and shipped overseas. She has also supported multiple charities including the Police Athletic League, the American Cancer Society, the USO, Pennsylvania's Dog Law Enforcement Team, and multiple rescues and animal groups. As the owner of two rescued Basset Hounds, Apollo and Winslow, Gail is the founder of Pawtographs®, a foundation whose primary focus is animal welfare and rescue issues. Within this role, Gail initiated H.RES. 220 for a National Animal Rescue Day. With her tireless efforts, in 2008, Gail was awarded the distinguished honor of Woman of the Year, based on her accomplishments and contributions to society by the ABI International Board of Review which represents over 6000 panelists in over 75 countries.
